David Lynch - Six Men Getting Sick (Six Times)
Kanye’s new mini epic is all over the interweb now, and as a fan of films (especially in the likes of Fellini, Lynch and Kubrick) I have to say I enjoyed it. Beautiful cinematography, wonderful choreography (that dinning / ballet sequence got me! ) and great music by the man people love to hate. Say what you will about Ye, creatively he comes through and delivers.
Pablo Picasso - 1881-1973
Mr. Picasso was born in 1881 today. (Oct 25th)

Dan McCarthy
I’d been staring at Dan McCarthy’s print on Jo’s wall for a while, thoroughly enjoying the piece but not knowing who it was from…until now!

Egon Schiele
I learned a bit about Egon Schiele in school (way back when…) but recently Jo has sparked a big interest in him by re-introducing me to his work. His drawing style, plus the man himself are intriguing and fascinating.

Definitely getting inspired by the dark and moving work of Roger Ballen, power photography that one shouldn’t ignore.
